Kent is a SCADA/Controls Engineer with many years of experience in HVDC transmission systems. Kent is usually based in the PSC Tawa office in New Zealand with spells in Sweden, Germany and recently, commissioning work on the Maritime HVDC project in Canada. His next project will see him head off to the United States for PSC North America to assist with the testing and commissioning of Great River Energy’s CU HVDC Project, a 1,000 MW ± 400 kV bulk power transmission system between Underwood, North Dakota and Dickinson, Minnesota (pack warm clothing Kent!).
