With its global resources and experience in offshore wind, power system studies, and HVDC technology, PSC is well-positioned to support the continued global growth in the development of offshore wind in the UK and around the world.  

PSC specialist engineers have been involved in the UK offshore wind sector since 2015.  We’ve undertaken Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for all the UK Offshore Transmission Owners’ (OFTOs’) schemes in the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (OFGEM) tender rounds 4, 5 and 6.  We are currently providing Preferred Bidder (PB) Phase TDD services for the Walney Extension and Hornsea OFTOs. And we’ve commenced the ITT Phase TDD services for East Anglia One OFTO.

In the international arena, PSC engineers have provided technical advice and/or concept design for the Bin Hai OWF in China, the Ishikore OWF in Japan, and the Virginia Offshore Wind development in the USA.
